Heather Smith-Gibbons is an up-and-coming writer of both fictional and critical works.

Who is Heather Smith-Gibbons?

Heather Smith-Gibbons is an up-and-coming ‘northern working-class’ writer, based in the South-West, UK. She specialises in realist fiction and is currently researching the working classes in contemporary fiction alongside a full-length novel as she works towards completing her PhD.

Heather currently teaches GCSE English in an FE setting whilst working on creative writing and related critical research. She writes a variety of pieces for the screen, short stories, and is currently working on her debut novel.
